2. Order Processing

Orders received by 12 PM JST on business days (Mondays–Fridays) are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on national holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipping Zones & Rates

4. Shipping Times & ETA

Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after shipping confirmation, depending on your location and availability of stock since sometimes some products might be out of stock.

Okinawa (Zone F), being remote, may require 2–4 business days.
5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Domestic shipping is handled via Yamato Transport, Sagawa, or Japan Post, based on package size and delivery speed.

Your final shipping confirmation email will indicate which carrier is used.
6. Tracking & Updates

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.

You can check real-time delivery status on the carrier’s website.
7. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within Japan 🇯🇵
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status indicates no movement for 7 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate and, when applicable, file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping charges.
9. Returns & Exchanges

In most cases, return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived defective.
10. Holiday & Peak-Season Notice

During peak seasons such as year-end holidays, Golden Week, and Obon, processing and delivery may be delayed by 1–3 business days.
